Conference Registration

Zoom Participants: A registration fee (50 EUR for post-doc/staff/other; 30 EUR for PhD students) applies for participants attending the workshop on Zoom. The participants on Zoom will be able to interact with the speakers and to attend and contribute to all the discussion sessions.

YouTube Participants: The participation on YouTube is free. Attendees on YouTube will be able to follow the workshop as it will be live streamed. They can also contribute to the discussion using the Live Chat on YouTube.

Please note:

  • Registrations of Zoom participants will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

For cancellations please contact us. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.

Please be aware that the workshop will be recorded via Zoom and live-streamed on YouTube, to be made publicly available there. This includes the Q&A and discussion sessions.

All speakers will be requested to grant permission to publish their contribution (through  submission of a specific form).
