Purpose: Updates the configuration file for the XSHOOTER physical model; provides first guess of order positions

Description: For each line in the arc line list a position is predicted from the configuration file and various parameters (e.g. temperature). The lines are searched around these guess positions and fit by a two-dimensional Gaussian. The lines are filtered by signal-to-noise (determined at the line center). Then the appropriate parameters of the XSHOOTER physical model are varied to reproduce the observed line positions. An updated version of the configuration file (to be used by xsh_2dmap) is stored along with a first guess table for the order positions (to be used by xsh_orderpos). The table below provides the parameters which may be varied with model scenario=8 as used by QC.
