Description Multi-band source catalogue of the near-infrared VISTA Kilo-degree Infrared Galaxy Survey (VIKING) in the five broadband filters ZYJHKs. The survey covers 718.5 square degrees at high galactic latitudes divided in two main stripes of 70x10 deg each near the Southern and Northern galactic caps as well as two smaller outrigger patches. The catalogue lists about 46 million sources.
