Description The PESSTO Transient Catalogue contains all 1035 sources for which a meaningful spectral classification has been obtained in the first four years of the Public ESO Spectroscopic Survey of Transient Objects, that is, up to 30 April 2016. This new version extends and includes the previous one which contained the 556 sources classified within the first two years of operations.
