PURPOSE a) calculates post-pipeline parameters
b) writes QC1 parameters into local list
c) There is no pipeline recipe
d) The script generates two master calibrations PRO.CATG=DIFF_CHECK_FLAT and PRO.CATG=RATIO_CHECK_FLAT
PROCINPUT a) $DATE in yyyy-mm-dd,
b) $primfile is the dummy product with the _0000.fits extension.
c) raw frames are implicitely read from the AB.
d) Reference REF_CHECKFLAT are implicitely read from the AB.

qc_ww_med median in one of the five 100x100 pixel windows in the raw frame
qc_ww_stdev standard deviation in one of the five 100x100 windows in the raw frame
qc_ww_ratio ratio qc_ww_med / qc_cc_med

ALGORITHM Description of algorithms:
The QC script subtracts the reference checkflat from the current checkflat producing a product with PRO.CATG=DIFF_CHECK_FLAT
The QC script divides the current checkflat by the reference checkflat producing a second product with PRO.CATG=RATIO_CHECK_FLAT
CERTIF No pipeline recipe available, no opslogs files are produced. Installed in 2008-01-01 and processed backwards to 2006-01-01 The little experience includes:
Persistence due to satuared arc lines can easily detetced by visual inspection of product frames
Debris can easily detetced by visual inspection of product frames
Sensitivity of QC parameters not fully explored yet.
COMMENTS The reference frame has to be updated once a year, preferably at 20XX-01-01
