QC1PARAM QC1 parameters written in QC1 database:
QC1 DB names: e.g. fiba_thar_lines_tot | fiba_disp_avg | ...
ALGORITHM Most pipeline QC parameters come per order.
For the QC1 database, either average/RMS/total values are calculated or values refer to the central order.
CERTIF Possilbe reasons for rejection: low line flux level or saturation.
