This plot

Trending plot for the overall IFU efficiency, measured using spectrophotometric standard stars.

The following settings are used:
LR_blue grism + OS-blue filter
LR_red grism + OS-red filter
MR grism + GG475 filter
HR_blue grism (without filter)
HR_orange grism + GG435 filter
HR_red grism + GG475 filter

For the HR grisms, both IFU magnification configurations (1:1, 2:1) are plotted but only 1:1 is scored.

Template ID: ifu_cal_Specphot. Pipeline recipe: vmifustandard.

Plots that show the efficiency vs. wavelength have been created by averaging several standard star measurements. They show the efficiency before and after the 2010 instrument upgrade.

General information

Click on any of the plots to see a close-up version. The latest date is indicated on top of the plot, data points belonging to that date are specially marked.

If configured,

  • statistical averages are indicated by a solid line, and thresholds by broken lines
  • outliers are marked by a red asterisk. They are defined as data points outside the threshold lines
  • "aliens" (= data points outside the plot Y limits) are marked by a red arrow ( or )
  • you can download the data for each parameter set if the 'Data downloads' link shows up
