Instrument on the ESO 1.52-metre telescope
The ESO 1.52-metre telescope was specifically designed to do stellar spectroscopy and astrophotography. It has now been decommissioned, but at the time of use it involved two instruments: the B&C spectrograph and FEROS. This image shows part of FEROS.
