ALMA's 9th Antenna Arrives at the AOS
The ALMA transporter arrives at the Array Operations Site (AOS), located at an altitude of 5000 metres on the Chajnantor plateau. Here, the 28-wheel vehicle is ready to position the 9th ALMA antenna. This operation took place on 12 December 2010.
