The Paranal family
This ultra HD image was done with a panorama image taken during the ESO Ultra HD Expedition. It shows almost all the telescopes of the Paranal Observatory. Three of the small Auxiliary Telescopes are visible as well as all four Unit Telescopes of the VLT. One of the Unit Telescopes has its guiding laser active and is pointing at the centre of the Milky Way. This image was taken using a fish-eye lens and can be used as a fulldome image in a planetarium.
