A single antenna, one of the 66 that make up the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA), sits in the foreground. In the background some of its companions are visible. The ALMA site, where this image was taken, is located on the Chajnantor Plateau in Chile's Atacama Desert.
