Member States flags

The ramp leading up to the main entrance of ESO Headquarters is lined with the flags of its Member States. ESO is supported by 16 countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, along with the host state of Chile and by Australia as a strategic partner.
