Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees:

  • Full fee for in-person participation: 200 EUR
  • Student’s fee for in-person participation: 100 EUR
  • Remote participation: 30 EUR

Payment deadline: 15 April 2026.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment.
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact agn-faast@eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
