Registration (and payment) deadline 12 July 2026

By completing the registration form, you register to attend the conference "High Angular Resolution Science with Next-Generation Optical-Infrared Capabilities at ESO" (MAVIS2026) and consent to being added to the workshop participants’ mailing list.

To facilitate the organisation of the conference, ESO requires a set of personal data from each participant. This data will be processed solely for the purpose of organising the workshop and will not be used for any other purpose. In particular, ESO does not sell personal data or make it available for accommodation bookings or any other commercial use.

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the organisation of the workshop and will be deleted thereafter.

Registration fees:

  • Regular fee: 150 EUR
  • Student fee: 75 EUR
  • Remote-only participation: 30 EUR

The registration fee includes: coffee breaks and 4 lunches.

 

Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment, which will open in February. 

Please ensure you check whether you require a visa to enter Germany. If you need an invitation letter to support your application, kindly contact us at the conference email address.
