Meaning of parameters:
L0: outer scale of turbulence (using Coulman Vernin Model)
R0: Fried Parameter
ThAO: Isoplanatic angle for Adaptive Optics
ThSI: Isoplanatic angle for Interferometry
TauAO: Coherence time for Adaptive Optics
TauSI: Coherence Time for Interferometry
Vmax: Maximum wind velocity (in the troposphere)
V0: Average wavefront Velocity (frozen Atmosphere)
H2O: precipitable water vapour content

PARSCA (PARanal Seeing CAmpaign) is a collaboration between ESO and the Department of Astrophysics of Nice University.
