The monitoring of the ECH calibration lamps is based on FLAT and WAVE calibration data mostly fed by dedicated HC data. All five FLAT lamps are monitored, as well as the ARC lamp LAMP2 which is based on daily Health check data 437nm, 0.4arcs slit, and 580nm, 0.3 arcs slit.

mean_master: mean value across master frame (QC1 database table uves_flat, column mean_master, product keyword PRO.DATAAVG)
Mean of the pixel values in the frame. All pixels are taken into account.

int_avg: average intensity of the emission lines, normalized by EXPTIME (QC1 database table uves_wave)
