Due to the venue, the number of participants will be limited to 70, and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. This means that we might need to close registration earlier than indicated above.

 

The registration fee needs to be paid through the ESO shop via credit card. Details will follow soon.

The registration fee includes:

  • the welcome reception
  • lunches
  • all tea/coffee breaks
  • a social dinner or closing reception

Please note that we CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

For cancellations up to 31 January 2018 the registration fee will be automatically refunded in full. If you have any questions please contact ioss@eso.org.

The deadline for submitting abstracts for contributed talks has passed. Registration with poster abstracts is still open. However, there are only a few remaining places, which will be filled on a first come first served basis.
