V. A Model of the European ARC

1. Appoint load contact for each node
2. Discusssion/decision about collaborations:
   • How can the nodes cooperate?
   • What each node will do? Areas of specialisation?
   • What is the organisational plan?
   • How will the average user interact with their node

VI. Discussion of Financing: What can/will each node contribute. What will be the process of applying for natianl funding?
