The Proceedings for LISA III will be published as part of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series. Authors are asked to submit all manuscripts electronically using the LaTeX paspconf.sty file. If authors are not able to use LaTeX or submit electronically please contact the editors at esolib@eso.org well before the deadline listed below for further instructions.

CHECKLIST FOR MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Get the LaTeX template and style files from ESO.

Prepare your paper following the instructions in the README, README.LISA3 and paspman.tex files. Use the psample2.tex file as a template.
The page limit is 8 pages for oral presentations and 4 pages for posters.
Include at least 3 keywords in your LaTeX file that are appropriate for your manuscript. See the psample2.tex file or the user guide.
Prepare any figures or illustrations at production size, if they will not be provided in EPS format.
Check to be sure you have included an abstract.
Hypertext links may be added to your paper. See psample2.tex for an explanation about how to do this. Do not use links to personal files that may disappear after a few months and make the links obsolete.
Check your paper carefully.
Print the copyright.ps file, fill it out, SIGN IT and return it to the address listed at the end of this document, along with the paper copy of your manuscript. We prefer if you bring a signed copy already with you to the conference and hand it to one of the editors.

NOTE THAT FILLING AND SIGNING THIS FORM IS OBLIGATORY TO HAVE YOUR PAPER PUBLISHED.
Send the LaTeX copy of your manuscript along with any computer graphics in EPS format by email to Uta Grothkopf at esolib@eso.org.
Identify the LaTeX copy by stating the filename in the Subject of the message. Please use the last name plus the first name initial of the first author, e.g., einsteina.tex. Any EPS files should be identified in a similar way, e.g., einsteina1.eps, einsteina2.eps.
Authors with multiple papers will need to indicate this as well, e.g., einsteina1.tex, einsteina1_1.eps.
