MACAO-CRIRES commissioning

Data were acquired during the April commssioning run of the adaptive optics module of CRIRES, MACAO.

The 4 Galilean satellites of Jupiter were observed, Io being observed in 3 different bands (J, H, K). The file list is given below.

The data were acquired using an infrared test camera, with a manual filter wheel. Therefore, no relevant information about the filter used can be retrieved from the header. Nevertheless, most images were acquired in K-narrow band, unless otherwise specified.

As these data are not the standard output of a VLT instrument, no pipeline is provided to process them. Please contact the author of this page for more information.
