ESO is looking for a commercial-off-the-shelf Online Performance Management and Professional Development (PMPD) tool to be tailored to the needs of the organisation and which allows for a flexible, continuous staff performance as well as learning and development process. The Call for tender is scheduled to be issued in Q3/2020 to potential software manufacturers within ESO Member States. The contract is expected to be awarded in Q4/2020. The contract will be awarded to the bidder which offers the best value for money for ESO, taking into account the quality and price of the offer. |
