Call for tender (CFT) covering the provision of the facilities management services at the ESO and ALMA premises, located in Vitacura, Santiago de Chile.

The scope of the services includes three lots:

Lot 1: reception services and administrative support to the Logistics and Communication departments at ESO Vitacura premises.

Lot 2: cleaning, gardening and other general services at ESO Vitacura premises consisting of 7,900 m² of built areas and 24,000 m² of gardens.

Lot 3: cleaning, minor maintenance and administrative support services at ALMA Vitacura premises consisting of a 3,000 m² building.

The process may result in a single contract for the three lots, in two or in three contracts.

The contract(s) will start on 1 June 2021 for a firm period of three years, with the option to be extended by up to two more years.

The CFT is scheduled to be issued in Q3/2020 to potential suppliers in Chile.

The contract(s) is(are) expected to be awarded in Q1/2021, to the Bidder(s), which has(ve) submitted a fully compliant Tender and offers the best value for money for ESO taking into account the quality and price of the offer.
