Opening hours are from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:15 (16.00 on Friday)

In addition, extended support in the Unix and Network areas are provided from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 17:15 to 20:00 during normal working days (Monday to Friday). The normal help desk number is used to reach the 'late' support.

Finally, a weekend on-call support can be activated between 08:00 and 17:15 during week-ends and public holidays via:

The week-end support covers only major 'system' problems or emergencies, such as core servers down, global network problems, internet connection down, etc.
