FORS2 170.A-0788

A Large Programme 170.A-0788(B) (PI: Cesarsky) has been approved in period 70 to carry out a spectroscopic survey in the CDF-S with FORS2.

Raw data and calibration files become immediately public, and can be retrieved through the ESO Science Archive Facility (follow the links in the table below).

Data release v1.0 for the products of the first nine FORS2 masks (25 June 2004)

About FORS2-DR1.0 gives a brief description of this data release, provides information on Phase 2 material and comments on subtleties in the reduced data. A color image montage of FORS2 target galaxies

A color image montage (ACS imaging) sorted by z-band magnitude of all target galaxies, excluding some galaxies which are located at the borders of image tiles, can be seen here (or at higher resolution).

Master Compilation of GOODS/CDF-S spectroscopy now available - This compilation includes all publically available redshift determinations in the GOODS/CDF-S area.
