Sunset at Paranal
The last rays of sunshine colour the high-altitude clouds a deep red, standing out against the dark blue sky above ESO's Paranal Observatory in northern Chile. Three of ESO's Very Large Telescope (VLT) Auxiliary Telescopes (AT) silently await another night of observations.
