CASPEC on rest
The Cassegrain Echelle Spectrograph (CASPEC) was installed at the Cassegrain focus of the ESO 3.6-metre telescope at La Silla Observatory in Chile in 1983.
It was decommissioned in 1999 and is now kept in storage.
