CONFERENCE VENUE & ACCOMMODATION

The conference will be held at Hotel del Golfo, in Elba Island (Italy), a modern resort overlooking Procchio’s bay, and well-equipped for the organisation of international conferences. It offers ample spaces for networking with colleagues and it has a marvellous outdoors area, including a private beach.

We have obtained special rates for double rooms (for both single and double use), with B&B and Half-board options, as follows:

·         Bed & Breakfast:           99 EUR/155 EUR per person & nigh for double/single occupancy

·         Half-board supplement:  132 EUR per person (covering dinners on Mon/Tue/Wed) 

Please note that you will be able to book rooms at these rates until 31 May 2026, by contacting directly the hotel (here) and specifying that you are participating to the CHASES2026 conference.

Childcare services during the conference: the hotel has local contacts who can offer personalised childcare assistance,  please contact us at chases2026@eso.org and let us know your needs.
