Registration Fee Payment

Registration fee for in-person participants:  350 EUR  (250 EUR for students)

The fee includes: Coffee Breaks, 3 Lunches (Tue-Wed-Thu), Welcome Cocktail and Conference Dinner. 

 

Registration fee for online participants: 50 EUR

However, please note that being this also a celebratory conference, we strongly encourage in-person participation, and that remote participation will be offered only to listen to the talks. 

Payment deadline: 31 May 2025 (extended).

If you have registered after the above deadline (or even before but have not paid yet), please proceed to paying your registration fee as soon as possible if you still wish to participate. 

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • In-person registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment.
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact chases2026@eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before 31 July 2026.
