Linearity of e2v CCD-44 ("Sting")

Linearity for the left output amplifier: + 0.20/-0.35 % 0 - 62.000 ADU
Linearity for the right output amplifier: + 0.20/-0.35 % 0 - 62.000 ADU

Linearity of MIT/LL CCID-20 ("Zeus")

For linearity tests a set of Bias frames was taken followed by pairs of FF of different exposure times to explore almost the complete dynamic range provided by the ADC (65535 ADUs).

50 Kps, 2 x 2, hg
Signal vs. exp. time Signal variance vs. signal Residual non-linearity
225 Kps, 1 x 1, lg
Signal vs. exp. time Signal variance vs. signal Residual non-linearity

Result: The CCD plus electronics residual non-linearity is less than ± 0.5 %.

Dark Current
