360 degrees of ALMA
Located on Chajnantor Plateau, high up in the Chilean Atacama desert, this collection of antennas forms part of the Atacama Large Millimetre/submillimetre Array (ALMA). This unique fulldome image captures snow blanketing the ground around the high-altitude antenna array.
