SEST at dawn
The now decommissioned Swedish–ESO Submillimetre Telescope (SEST) is shown here in this fish-eye (fulldome) view from La Silla. The Milky Way can be seen overhead and stars are reflected in the dish of the telescope, before they are lost to the rising sun.
