HARMONI Preliminary Design Review
Members of the HARMONI consortium and review team meet at ESO Headquarters in Garching bei München, Germany for the preliminary design review of instrument. HARMONI, or the High Angular Resolution Monolithic Optical and Near-infrared Integral field spectrograph, will be one of the first instruments on the Extremely Large Telescope (ELT).
