Highly strung

These eye-catching blocks of sculpture suspended in space are the work of Italian artist Alberto Salvetti, and are being displayed in the ESO Supernova Planetarium & Visitor Centre as part of the Our Place in Space exhibition.

The exhibition will be on display from 17 May to 2 September 2018 and showcases art and science inspired by the spectacular images of the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope.
