Interior of the Residencia at Paranal

The Residencia is ESO's oasis and home away from home for astronomers and engineers working at Paranal Observatory. The hotel is located over 2000 meteres above sea level and staff here are subject to extreme temperates harash climate conditions. The Residencia consists of 108 rooms and includes a restaurant, swimming pool and library.
