XSHOOTER spectrophotometric standard stars
We have an observatory dedicated queue which contains the IFU and SLT OBs for each of the standard star listed below. The used slit width is 5 arcsec. The readout mode is 100kH,1x1,high in both the UVB and VIS arms. Users interested in specphot observations with different slit widths and readout modes, or with a different strategy than those adopted in the instrument calibration plan, should request the necessary telescope time during phase 1 and provide the OB during phase 2. The current observed in the calibration plan and fully flux-calibrated available spectrophotometric standard stars are marked with a blue background color.
GD71, GD153 and BD+17 4708 are three HST fundamental flux standard. By clicking on their star name you can retrieve the corresponding fluxtable from the STScI Calibration Data Base .
The flux tables of the stars used in the calibration plan are available in VIZIER.
More information is provided in Moehler et al. (2014).
The flux tables (extended to the NIR K band) for the remaining spectrophotometric standard stars are in preparation.
